Arena Inn, S.A.

Arena Inn is a rental agency with an office in unit 4 of the third phase of Castillo de Mar, around km 5 of La Manga. It rents apartments for holidays and long stays, mainly in the Castillo de Mar and Parque El Pedrucho developments, and also handles property sales.

For holidaymakers

Many reviews are from families who rent through the agency year after year. They say it finds a home suited to their needs and quickly resolves missing items or faults during their stay.

For owners

The agency also manages privately owned flats for rental. Reviews are harsher on this point: owners complain of outstanding payments, customers of the cancellation policy, and others of calls going unanswered. Put the terms in writing before signing.

Opening hours

The office opens Monday to Saturday, morning and afternoon, and for a few hours on Sunday mornings. The entrance and parking are accessible. For accommodation, find more options under accommodation in La Manga.
