01Using the site

You are welcome to browse the directory and guide. Automated data extraction, reuse in another service, and impersonating a business or another user are not permitted.

02Creating and editing listings

Registration is free and reserved for business owners or managers. All submitted listings await moderation and are only published after human review, usually within 48 working hours.

Changes proposed through the owner's dashboard also enter a review queue and are not applied immediately. We reserve the right to reject listings or changes containing descriptions copied from other websites, false information or offensive content.

03Visitor reviews

Reviews must reflect a real experience. None are published immediately: a person checks every review first.

Business owners cannot delete reviews from their listing, but they can reply publicly through their dashboard.

04Unacceptable content: zero tolerance

Offensive content and abusive behaviour towards others are not tolerated on either the website or the app. This includes insults, threats, harassment, hate or discrimination, sexual content, other people's personal data, impersonation, unverifiable accusations, undisclosed advertising, and fake or paid reviews.

Anyone can report a review, with or without an account, using the “Report this review” link below each review on the website or in the app. We investigate every report and, where appropriate, remove the content and close the responsible account, usually within 24 hours.

Publishing such content may lead to immediate removal and permanent account closure, without prior notice or any right to recovery.

05Sponsored content

Paid featured listings are clearly labelled as sponsored in both results and individual listings. Payment increases visibility on the site but never changes average ratings or review content.

06Removal and cancellation

You can delete your account at any time through “Mi cuenta → Perfil” on the website or “Cuenta → Perfil” in the mobile app. This is immediate and irreversible; full details are at viviendolamanga.es/borrar-cuenta/.

You can also request removal of your business listing by writing from the email linked to your account. Removal takes place within five working days.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
