Biblioteca La Manga del Mar Menor (Cartagena)

La Manga del Mar Menor Library is the municipal public library run by Cartagena Town Council on the Gran Vía, at km 4, beside the health centre. It is free, lends books and has a study room, children's area and air conditioning, welcome in August.
