Maestro chocolatero Ángel Uran

Master chocolatier Ángel Urán's churro shop is at Calle Padre Dimas, 2, in Cabo de Palos. It is a small summer breakfast stall, and visitors agree on one thing: its hot chocolate sets it apart, accompanied by light, non-greasy churros (fried dough sticks).

The hot chocolate is house-made, and Ángel Urán's service, usually in person, appears in many reviews. Churros (fried dough sticks) are made every morning. Porras (thicker fried dough sticks) are not available every day: according to several customers, they are made at weekends.

When to visit

Open daily in the morning only, from early until midday. It is a seasonal stop many return to every summer. There are more breakfast cafés in Cabo de Palos in the directory.
