Windsurfing and catamaran sailing on Isla del Ciervo beach

Dos Mares Wind is a sailing school on Isla del Ciervo beach, beside exit 27 from the Gran Vía, at km 3 of La Manga. It offers windsurfing, sailing and catamaran courses for adults and children on Mar Menor, and hires out kayaks and paddleboards for those who just want some time on the water.

Courses for complete beginners

The school designs its courses for people with no experience, and more than one student says they were sailing independently within five days. The instructors are the most frequent topic in reviews: students praise how they adapt to each person's pace and explain the theory patiently. Some return summer after summer.

Kayak and paddleboard hire

For a shorter outing, kayaks and paddleboards are available by the hour. You can kayak around Isla del Ciervo, directly opposite the beach. Several customers find the prices good, especially with a multi-session pass.

Opening hours and bookings

It opens every morning and afternoon, but Google says appointments are required, so it is worth booking your course or hire in advance. Wheelchair users will find accessible access and parking beside the beach. For other nearby schools, see water sports.

Unbeatable location. For me, the best part of La Manga for water sports. Excellent service too

One of the longest-established and most experienced schools in La Manga. The location is also the best in the area: the bay is super safe, ideally positioned for the wind and shallow. Perfect for children and adults.

The best school, for the location and above all the instructors. Taking lessons with them is a pleasure.
