QUALIFE LA MANGA | Entrenamiento y Pilates Máquina en La Manga

Qualife La Manga is a fitness and equipment-based Pilates centre in Galerías El Flamenco, at km 4 of Gran Vía by exit 37. It is the La Manga branch of a group that already had centres in Cartagena, offering qualified trainers, small groups and sessions by appointment.

Training options

• Equipment-based Pilates
• Group functional training
• Personal training
• Nutrition
• Physiotherapy and women's health

Members most often mention the group functional training and Pilates classes, alongside the trainers, the word that appears most often in reviews. They describe varied classes suited to all ages and levels, and a group that motivates them to keep coming back.

By the sea in summer

One distinctive feature of Qualife in La Manga is that it takes some sessions onto the beach in summer. Many reviews therefore come from people keeping up their routine on holiday. Some members ask for family passes, so check which options are available.

Opening hours

Open Monday to Friday, with sessions from early morning and in the afternoon. Closed Saturdays and Sundays. The entrance and toilets are accessible.
