On the waterfront of Mar Menor in the Verdemar 2 development

Shore House is a two-bedroom holiday apartment of around 90 m² on the waterfront in Playa Honda, on the promenade about 20 metres from Mar Menor. It is in Verdemar 2, a gated development with a seafront pool, and guests especially praise the views and sunsets from the balcony.

The apartment

As a corner apartment, it has sea views from every window. There are two balconies, one enclosed and also used as a laundry area, with a washing machine, sink for beach gear and drying rack. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the living room and has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a smart TV and parking. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds.

With children and a dog

The development's pool has an adjoining children's area, and the calm, shallow waters of Mar Menor are just outside the building. Pets are welcome at no extra cost, and there is a dog-friendly beach between Playa Honda and Playa Paraíso, a short walk away. Guests also agree on the host's warm welcome.

Getting here

Playa Honda is just before La Manga and Cabo de Palos. Cartagena is about 20 minutes away by car, and Corvera airport about 35. The accommodation is registered with the Region of Murcia tourism authority and holds SICTED quality certification. Find more options in local accommodation.
