Sendero Cabo Palos a Cala Reona

The trail from Cabo de Palos to Cala Reona follows the coastline from the village to Cala Reona, on the edge of Calblanque. It links coves and small beaches along cliffs, with Mediterráneo on one side and the lighthouse behind you, and is freely accessible at any time.

Leaving the village, the route passes these coves and beaches before reaching Cala Reona:

Difficulty and precautions

Those who have walked it describe it as easy and rewarding, although the ground is uneven and in places runs close to the cliff edge. Wear closed shoes and go in good weather during daylight. It is not wheelchair accessible, and dogs can come along.
